Eric is co-owner of Haudenschild Agency, Inc., a family business dating back to 1937. In recent years, the business has expanded into other locations, including Cleveland, where Eric has an office specializing in retirement and estate planning with Vantage Financial Group. Eric is a longtime resident of Rocky River, where he lives with his wife Cheryl. They have three children. Eric enjoys fitness, travel, golf, and boating, and is a member of The Ohio State University Buckeye Club. Eric currently serves on the Agents Advisory Board of Grange Insurance. Eric is a graduate of Loudonville High School and Wittenberg University.

John has worked at the Haudenschild Agency for over twenty years, starting as a licensed agent, sales manager, and now a co-owner. Prior to coming to the Haudenschild Agency John worked for a CPA firm in his hometown Cleveland after his graduation from Ohio Wesleyan University. This practice gave John experience with financial planning for multi-generational family businesses and closely held private business. Additionally, John was a local and state president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Political Action Committee chair for the state of Ohio, and has served on boards which has allowed him to receive production and quality awards with various companies.

In his free time his hobbies include watching college football, exercising, and traveling with his wife (Susan Haudenschild Kinkopf) and daughter.
